摘要

CO2选择性电催化还原生成甲醇、乙醇等液相产物是CO2资源化利用的有效途径,但该技术存在产物选择性差、法拉第效率低等问题。因此,以Ag修饰的泡沫铜为催化剂,在0.1 mol/L Na2SO4的电解质溶液中将CO2电化学还原为液相产物。结果表明,CuAg双金属催化剂能抑制析氢反应的产生,并显著提升甲醇产物的选择性,甲醇的法拉第效率高达85.48%;电解超过100 h,催化剂的催化性能仍保持稳定。

Abstract

The selective electrocatalytic reduction of CO2 to produce liquid phase products such as methanol and ethanol,is considered an effective approach for the utilization of CO2 resource.However,this technology still faces challenges including poor product selectivity and low Faraday efficiency.In this paper,we conducted the electrochemical reduction of CO2 to liquid phase products in a 0.1 mol/L Na2SO4 electrolyte solution using Ag-modified copper foam as a catalyst.The results demonstrate that CuAg bimetallic catalyst effectively suppresses the hydrogen evolution reaction while significantly enhancing the selective production of methanol,with a remarkable Faraday efficiency reaching 85.48%.Moreover,our catalyst exhibits excellent stability over 100 hours of continuous electrolysis.
