摘要
为改善一乙醇胺(MEA)溶液体系的吸收解吸性能,搭建了实验平台,针对以MEA为主吸收剂的混合醇胺溶液体系进行了吸收解吸实验。结果表明,在同样浓度的11种混合溶液体系中,N-(2-氨乙基)哌嗪(AEP)与N-(2-羟乙基)乙二胺(AEEA)的加入对于提升捕集性能最为有利,可以兼顾较高的吸收容量与解吸率;针对不同浓度比例的AEP+MEA与AEEA+MEA溶液体系进行研究发现,AEP浓度为1.5 mol/L时,吸收容量较单一MEA体系提升30.57%,解吸率提高6.72%,循环容量提高了45.86%。
Abstract
In order to improve the absorption and desorption performance of mono ethanolamine (MEA) solution system,an experimental platform is established to perform absorption and desorption experiments for the mixed alcohol-amine solution system with MEA as the main absorbent.Results show that the addition of 1-(2-aminoethyl)piperazine (AEP) or 2-(2-aminoethylamino)ethanol (AEEA) is the most beneficial to improve the capturing performance of 11 mixed solution systems with the same concentration,which can take into account both higher absorption capacity and desorption rate.It is found through studying the addition of AEP and AEEA in different concentration ratios that the absorption capacity of the AEP+MEA solution system with a AEP concentration of 1.5 mol·L-1 is 30.57% higher than that of the MEA-alone system,the desorption rate is 6.72% higher,and the circulating capacity is 45.86% higher.
