摘要
采用共沉淀法合成了不同金属氧化物替换Al2O3载体的CZX催化剂,采用浸渍法制备了不同金属氧化物作助剂改性的CZAlX催化剂,利用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对催化剂进行表征,并在固定床反应器中进行不同温度下CO2催化加氢实验,研究了碱土金属Mg、过渡金属Zr以及稀土金属Y和Ce作为氧化物载体和改性剂对CZAl催化剂的表面结构和催化性能的影响。结果表明,以金属氧化物为载体的CZX催化剂表现出更强的催化制甲醇性能,其中以ZrO2为载体的CZZr催化剂的催化活性最强,其甲醇收率最高可达14.50%,对应的甲醇选择性为41.41%、CO2转化率为35.01%。而金属氧化物为助剂的CZAlX催化剂表现出更强的催化制CO性能,以Mg为助剂的CZAlMg催化剂催化活性最强,CO收率最高可达35.87%,对应的CO选择性为84.75%、CO2转化率为42.32%。
Abstract
CZX catalysts with different metal oxides to replace Al2O3 as carrier are synthesized via co-precipitation method,while CZAlX catalysts modified by different metal oxides as additives are prepared via impregnation method.All catalysts prepared are characterized by means of powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and applied in CO2 hydrogenation tests at different temperature in a fixed bed reactor.Influences of alkali earth metal Mg,transition metal Zr,rare earth metals Y and Ce as oxide carriers or modifiers on the surface structure and catalytic performance of CZAl catalysts are studied.Results show that CZX catalysts show stronger catalytic performance for methanol production.Among them,CZZr catalyst with ZrO2 as the carrier shows the strongest catalytic activity,over which methanol yield is up to 14.50%,the corresponding methanol selectivity reaches 41.41%,and CO2 conversion rate reaches 35.01%.CZAlX catalysts show stronger catalytic performance for CO production.Among them,CZAlMg catalyst with Mg as additive shows the strongest catalytic activity.Over CZAlMg catalyst,CO yield can reach 35.87%,the corresponding CO selectivity is 84.75%,and CO2 conversion rate reaches 42.32%.
