摘要
为提高电化学水软化过程中阴极长期高效运行的能力,采用化学沉积法制备了具有低表面能的Ni-P-PTFE电极并用于电化学水软化。结果表明,Ni-P-PTFE电极具有良好的水软化性能,其中Ni-P-PTFE15电极(PTFE体积分数为15 mL/L)的水软化性能最佳,4 h内软化速率可达21.95 g/(m2·h)。同时,Ni-P-PTFE15电极的再生性能最好,说明其具有良好的自清洁性能。在旋转模拟水流冲刷的作用下,Ni-P-PTFE电极的活性得到有效恢复且保持较高的水软化速率。该高活性、长寿命的电极为电化学水软化阴极材料的表面设计提供了新的思路。
Abstract
In order to improve the long-term and efficient operation ability of the cathodes in the electrochemical water softening process,Ni-P-PTFE electrode with low surface energy is prepared via chemical deposition method,and used for electrochemical water softening.Results show that Ni-P-PTFE electrodes prepared have good water softening performance,among which Ni-P-PTFE15 electrode shows the best watrt softening performance,with a softening rate of up to 21.95 g/m2·h in 4 h.In addition,Ni-P-PTFE15 electrode exhibits the best regeneration performance in a long-term operation,representing a good self-cleaning performance.Under the flushing of simulated rotating water,Ni-P-PTFE electrode can effectively restore its activity and keeps high water softening rate.This electrode with highly activity and long lifespan provides a new idea for the surface design of electrochemical water softening cathode materials.
