从化学工业发展的视角,分3个部分阐述了新质生产力的发展。首先,从新质生产力提出的背景逻辑和其内涵来解读新质生产力,涵盖了新的生产资料、新劳动者、新服务和新生产关系;其次,从化学工业的转型升级、化学工业的数字化和智能化升级以及产业低碳可持续发展等方面,阐述了如何加快化工行业新质生产力的发展;最后,论证了加快化工新质生产力发展面临的两大不容回避的问题,一个是研究方法必须演变,另一个是如何培养发展新质生产力所需要的化工人才。

From the perspective of the development of the chemical industry,this article elaborates on the development of new quality productivity in three sections.Firstly,the new quality productivity in the chemical industry is explained according to the background logic and connotation of putting forward "new quality productivity" concept,including new means of production,new workers,new services and new production relationship.Secondly,how the new quality productivity can be promoted in the chemical industry is described in three aspects such as the transformation and upgrading,digitization and intelligent upgrading,and low carbon sustainable development of the chemical industry.Finally,two unavoidable problems in promoting the development of new quality productivity in the chemical industry are demonstrated,one is that the research method must evolve,another is how to cultivate chemical talents needed for the development of new quality productivity.
