摘要

采用硅烷偶联剂KH-550、KH-560先后对水滑石进行表面改性,硅羟基与氧化石墨烯表面羟基之间的脱水缩合使得多片层的石墨烯得以锚定在水滑石表面,实现石墨烯的形貌调控。相比未经形貌调控的褶皱石墨烯,去褶皱石墨烯表面的褶皱程度出现明显下降,化学稳定性也得到了一定程度的提升。去褶皱石墨烯作为填料所制备得到的鳞片状锌粉复合涂层经过开路电位测试、交流阻抗测试及盐雾腐蚀实验表明,与同载量褶皱石墨烯增强涂层相比,去褶皱石墨烯复合涂层的阴极保护寿命得到了不同程度的延长;同时低频阻抗模值也得到了提升,具有更高的屏蔽性能。

Abstract

The surface of hydrotalcite is modified by KH-550 and KH-560 silane coupling agents in turn.The dehydration condensation between silicon hydroxyl groups and hydroxyl groups on the surface of graphene oxide makes the multi-layer graphene rivet on the surface of hydrotalcite,so as to realize the modulation of graphene morphology.Compared with the crumpled graphene unregulated,the wrinkle degree of the modified graphene declines significantly,and its chemical stability also improves to a certain extent.It is verified through open-circuit potential test,AC impedance test and salt spray corrosion test that compared with the crumpled graphene reinforced coating under the same loading,the modified graphene nanocomposite coating has a longer cathode protection life,a higher low-frequency impedance modulus,and higher shielding performance.
