摘要
以2-(3,5,5-三甲基环己-2-烯-1-基)丙二腈(TCM)和4-羟基苯甲醛为原料合成TCM-OH作为荧光团,以7-硝基-1,2,3-苯并二唑胺(NBD)作为识别单元,设计并合成了一种新型的近红外荧光探针(TCM-NBD),用于检测水样中的H2S。考察了不同pH对探针响应H2S的影响、探针对H2S浓度和时间响应、探针的选择性和灵敏度,并推测可能的响应机理。结果显示,探针TCM-NBD对H2S可以实现快速响应(<10 min);在0~25 μmol/L范围内,吸光度和荧光强度与H2S浓度之间均呈良好的线性关系,相关性分别为0.994 7和0.992 6,检测限分别为0.28、0.84 μmol/L。该探针抗干扰性强,灵敏度高,可以成功应用于环境水样中的H2S测定。
Abstract
TCM-NBD,a novel near-infrared fluorescence probe for detection of H2S in water samples,is designed and synthesized through using 4-hydroxy-phenyl-2-(3,5,5-trimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-yl) propionic nitrile,that is made from 2-(3,5,5-trimethylcyclohex-2-ene-1-yl) propionic nitrile (TCM) and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde,as fluorescent group and using 7-nitro-1,2,3-benzodizolamine (NBD) as recognition unit.Effects of different pH values on the response of TCM-NBD probe towards H2S are investigated,and the response of TCM-NBD probe to H2S concentration and time,the selectivity and sensitivity of TCM-NBD probe are also explored.The possible response mechanism is speculated.Results show that this TCM-NBD probe can achieve rapid response to H2S (<10 minutes);Within 0-25 μmol·L-1 H2S concentration range,there are good linear relationships between absorbance or fluorescence intensity and H2S concentration,with correlations of 0.994 7 and 0.992 6,and detection limits of 0.28 μmol·L-1 and 0.84 μmol·L-1,respectively.TCM-NBD probe shows strong anti-interference and high sensitivity,and can be successfully applied to the detection of H2S in environmental water samples.
