摘要
利用Al2O3颗粒负载金属制得Fe-Al2O3、Cu-Al2O3、Fe/Cu-Al2O3、La/Fe/Cu-Al2O3粒子电极,通过构建的三维电极电化学体系处理2,6-二甲基吡啶(LUT)废水。考察了反应条件和粒子电极负载不同金属及负载金属质量比对LUT去除效果的影响。结果表明,去除LUT的最佳反应条件为:电流密度为24 mA/cm2、粒子电极质量为11 g、电解质质量为1.3 g、pH=7;各因素对去除LUT效果的影响大小依次为:电解质投加质量>电流密度>粒子电极投加质量>pH。上述条件下Fe-Al2O3和 Cu-Al2O3作粒子电极时的LUT去除率分别为96.0%和97.0%;m(Fe)∶m(Cu)=1∶4制成Fe/Cu-Al2O3电极时LUT去除率可达98.5%;m(La)∶m(Fe/Cu)(1∶4)=1∶10制成La/Fe/Cu-Al2O3电极时LUT去除率可达99.2%。
Abstract
Fe-Al2O3,Cu-Al2O3,Fe/Cu-Al2O3,La/Fe/Cu-Al2O3 particle electrodes are prepared through loading metals on Al2O3 particles,and used to construct three-dimensional electrode electrochemical systems to treat with 2,6-dimethylpyridine-containing wastewater.Influences of reaction conditions,different loading metals and the loading ratio of metals on the removal effect of dimethylpyridine by the system are investigated.It is shown that the optimal reaction conditions for removing dimethylpyridine are as follows:the current density is 24 mA·cm-2,the dosage of particle electrode is 11 g,the dosage of electrolyte is 1.3 g,and pH=7.Electrolyte dosage has the greatest influence,followed by current density,particle electrode dosage,pH.Under these conditions,the removal rates of dimethylpyridine by Fe-Al2O3 and Cu-Al2O3 as particle electrodes are 96.0% and 97.0%,respectively.Fe/Cu-Al2O3 electrode made in a Fe∶Cu ratio of 1∶4 can deliver a dimethylpyridine removal rate of 98.5%.The removal rate can reach 99.2% over La/Fe/Cu-Al2O3 electrode made under La∶Fe/Cu(1∶4)=1∶10.
