摘要
为有效降解高浓度造纸废水有机物,通过电化学沉积法分别在磷酸盐中性缓冲溶液和纯水中制得CeO2-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3和CeO2-LaCoO3/Al2O3。通过对CeO2-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3、CeO2-LaCoO3/Al2O3以及LaCoO3/Al2O3进行XRD、SEM、析氧过电位和电阻抗等物性表征发现,CeO2-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3具有更强催化氧化性及稳定性。对高浓度造纸废水臭氧催化氧化降解3 h后,CeO2-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3对废水COD的降解率为76.5%,而相同条件下CeO2-LaCoO3/Al2O3和LaCoO3/Al2O3的化学需氧量(COD)降解率分别为68.5%和63.5%。
Abstract
In order to effectively degrade organic compounds in high concentration papermaking wastewater,CeO2-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3 and CeO2-LaCoO3/Al2O3 are prepared via electrochemical deposition in neutral phosphate buffer solution and pure water,respectively.Through characterizing the physical properties of CeO2-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3,CeO2-LaCoO3/Al2O3,and LaCoO3/Al2O3 by means of XRD,SEM,etc.,it is inferred that CeO2-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3 shows stronger catalytic oxidation and stability.CeO2-Ps-LaCoO3/Al2O3 achieves a 76.5% of degradation rate for COD in the wastewater after 3 hours of ozone catalytic oxidation to high concentration papermaking wastewater.Under the same conditions,the COD degradation rates by CeO2-LaCoO3/Al2O3 and LaCoO3/Al2O3 are 68.5% and 63.5%,respectively.
