摘要
详细介绍了木质素功能化纳米颗粒的自组装法、界面聚合/交联法、机械法、生物酶解法等制备方法,重点讨论了木质素与淀粉、壳聚糖、果胶、聚乳酸等高分子材料复合制备的复合薄膜在食品包装方面的研究进展,同时也展望了木质素纳米复合薄膜的应用前景。
Abstract
Lignin nanoparticles have attracted wide attention due to their huge application potential.The preparation methods for lignin functionalized nanoparticles,such as self-assembly method,interface polymerization/crosslinking method,mechanical method and enzymatic hydrolysis method,are introduced in detail.The research progress on the application of composite films made from lignin and starch,chitosan,pectin polylactic acid and other polymer materials in food packaging is emphatically expounded.The application prospect of lignin nanocomposite film is also prospected.
