摘要
为减少环己酮装置精制单元设备投资、能量消耗,有效提升装置运行效益,提出了采用隔壁塔在环己酮装置精制单元中的应用方式,并研究了隔壁塔工艺中隔壁板分布位置、气液分配等操作参数的影响,对隔壁塔设计参数进行进一步优化。在此基础上将2种方案进行对比,结果表明,隔壁塔精馏流程相比传统精制工艺能耗节约15.9%,具有一定的节能潜力。
Abstract
A novel cyclohexanone distillation process using dividing wall column (DWC) is proposed in order to reduce energy consumption,reduce equipment investment and improve effectively the operation efficiency of the cyclohexanone unit.The influences of operating parameters such as distribution position of dividing wall panels,gas-liquid distribution,and reflux ratio are analyzed,and the design parameters are further optimized for dividing wall column.On this basis,two solutions are compared.The results show that the novel distillation process can save energy by 15.9%,with certain advantages in industrial application.
