摘要
阐述了MXene的组成和分类,详细描述了MXene的制备方法,分析了MXene化学结构对性能的影响,总结了其在传感器、水处理、金属防腐、电磁屏蔽等表面涂层领域的研究现状。最后对MXene材料的制备及其在表面涂层应用中的挑战和发展趋势做出展望,指出MXene的无毒或低毒刻蚀、高效插层剥离以及端基官能团调控等是MXene材料在制备环节未来发展的方向,而提升与其他材料的界面作用力则是MXene在应用领域亟需优化的设计难点。
Abstract
The composition and classification of MXene are described,the preparation methods for MXene are illustrated in detail,and the influence of the chemical structure of MXene on its properties is analyzed.The research status on MXene's application in surface coating aspects such as sensor,water treatment,metal corrosion protection,and electromagnetic shielding is summarized.Finally,an outlook is made on the preparation of MXene materials,and their challenges and development trends in surface coating application.It is proposed that non-toxic or low-toxic etching of MXene,high efficiency intercalation and end-group functional group modulation are the future directions in the preparation of MXene materials.In addition,increasing the interfacial force with other materials is a critical challenge for MXene applications.
