摘要

为研究高效经济的碱水电解析氢阴极材料,采用化学沉积、化学沉积后气相磷化和电化学沉积3种方式在紫铜片上制备不同的镍基三元非贵金属磷化物NiMoP,其中电沉积制得的NiMoP3/Cu电极性能最佳,在1 mol/L KOH溶液、10 mA/cm2电流密度下,NiMoP3/Cu电极进行析氢反应(HER)的过电位仅为-114 mV;在10 mA/cm2和100 mA/cm2下测定400 h,HER的过电位无明显变化。结果表明,镀层中Mo质量分数的提高增大了电极材料的电化学表面积,降低了电化学反应阻抗,增强了其电化学性能。该高活性、高稳定性、低成本的NiMoP/Cu析氢电极材料在工业碱性水电解制氢中具有很大的应用潜力。

Abstract

In order to develop an efficient and economical cathode material for hydrogen evolution from alkaline water-splitting,NiMoP,different nickel-based ternary non-precious metal phosphide compounds,are prepared on the copper sheet via the chemical deposition method,the chemical deposition-vapor phosphating method,and the electrochemical deposition method,respectively.It is found that the NiMoP3/Cu electrode prepared by the electrochemical deposition method has the best performance,its overpotential in hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) is only -114 mV at 10 mA·cm-2 of current density in a 1 M KOH solution.Its HER overpotential has not obviously changed when it has been measured at 10 mA·cm-2 and 100 mA·cm-2 for 400 h.Test results show that the higher Mo content in the coating increases the electrochemical surface area of the electrode material,reduces the electrochemical reaction impedance,and enhances the electrochemical performance.It is verified that this NiMoP/Cu electrode material with high activity,high stability and low cost has great application potential in industrial alkaline water electrolysis for hydrogen production.
