摘要

说明了当前电池级碳酸锂的技术标准,并详述了以卤水为锂源制备电池级碳酸锂的方法、现状和存在的问题,展望了电池级碳酸锂制备工艺的发展趋势。根据不同卤水资源的特点,采用多种除杂工艺联合过程强化耦合的方法,深度去除杂质离子和有机质,提高锂富集效率,控制碳酸锂生成的反应,最终形成制备高质量电池级碳酸锂的自主技术路径。

Abstract

The current technical standards for battery-grade lithium carbonate are described,and the methods,status and existing problems of the preparation of battery-grade lithium carbonate with brine as lithium source are expounded.The development trend of the preparation technology for battery-grade lithium carbonate is also prospected.According to the characteristics of different brine resources,multiple impurity removal process coupling process intensification methods can be adopted to deeply remove impurity ions and organic matter,improve lithium enrichment efficiency and control the reaction of lithium carbonate formation.Finally,an independent technology pathway is formed for the preparation of high-quality battery-grade lithium carbonate.
