摘要

分析了未来发展潜力较大的有机固废热化学转化技术。主要介绍了焚烧技术中飞灰的处理现状,详细分析了当下热点的汽化制氢以及水热液化制油技术存在的技术壁垒和发展前景。总结了近年来国内外有机固废热化学转化技术的发展历程,综合各技术的优缺点,提出不同技术所涉及的设备、过程工艺参数及影响因素的优化策略,为后期大规模的工程应用提供参考和指导。

Abstract

The organic solid wastes thermochemical conversion technologies with greater development potential in the future are analyzed.The treatment status of fly ash in the incineration technology is introduced,and the development prospects and technical barriers of the current highlight technologies,such as hydrogen production by gasification and oil production by hydrothermal liquefication,are expounded in detail.The development history of organic solid wastes thermochemical conversion technologies in the world in recent years is reviewed.Based on the advantages and disadvantages of each technology,the optimization strategies are proposed for the equipment,process parameters and influential factors involved in different technologies,providing reference and guidance for large-scale engineering applications in the future.
