摘要

概述了半导体光催化材料的作用和典型的复合半导体类型,同时对复合半导体纳米材料在有机污染物降解、光解水制氢、二氧化碳还原、抗菌以及空气净化等领域的应用进行了综述,对开发具有高效光催化性能的复合半导体光催化剂的前景和需要采取的措施进行了讨论。

Abstract

The photocatalytic mechanism of semiconductor photocatalysts and the typical heterojunction semiconductor types are summarized.Meanwhile,the research progress on heterojunction semiconductors in photocatalysis application is reviewed,including organic pollutants degradation,hydrogen production by photolysis of water,carbon dioxide reduction,antibacterial,air purification and so on.Besides,perspectives and undergoing efforts for further development of heterojunction semiconductor photocatalysts with higher photocatalytic performance are discussed.
