摘要

无机纳米填料在聚合物基体中的良好分散可以实现载荷的有效传递,使得天然橡胶(NR)的机械性能得到明显改善;此外,各类无机纳米填料的功能化改性后可更好地分散在NR基体中,产生的界面作用为NR各项性能的提高提供了重要理论依据。综述了无机纳米填料与NR复合材料的制备方法,以及无机纳米材料及其改性对NR机械性能、抗菌性、热稳定性和导电性等补强的研究现状,并对未来的发展进行了展望。

Abstract

The good dispersion of inorganic nanofiller in polymer matrix can realize the effective transfer of the load,and improve the mechanical properties of natural rubber obviously.In addition,various inorganic nanofiller after functional modification can better disperse in natural rubber matrix,the interfacial effects generated provides an important theoretical basis for the improvement of natural rubber properties.The preparation methods of inorganic nano-filler and natural rubber composite materials are reviewed.The research status about the effect of inorganic nanomaterials and their modification on the mechanical properties,antibacterial properties,thermal stability and electrical conductivity of natural rubber are summarized,and the future development is prospected.
