摘要

钒钛作为我国战略资源受到高度重视。为充分认识我国钒钛材料技术研发现状及发展趋势,对钒钛材料专利申请情况、技术分类、应用领域、重点专利等进行了深入分析。结果表明,钒钛研究于1993—2000年进展缓慢,2000—2016年技术推动迅速,2016年至今发展有所减缓;重点申请人以攀钢集团、中国石油化工股份有限公司为主;未来研发重点是钒钛磁铁精矿的绿色高效回收利用、全钒液流电池储能与钒电极材料研发、钒基催化剂的改进、钛合金加工与表面处理技术转向高端应用领域等。

Abstract

Vanadium and titanium are highly valued as strategic resources in China.To find out the current status and development trend of vanadium and titanium material technology in China,the in-depth analysis is performed on vanadium and titanium materials related patent applications,technology classification and application fields,key patents,etc.The results show that the research on vanadium and titanium materials progressed slowly from 1993 to 2000,promoted rapidly from 2000 to 2016 and again slows down from 2016 to the present.Key patent applicants include mainly Pangang Group and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation.Future research and development will focus on the efficient and green recycling of vanadium and titanium magnetite concentrates,the research and development of all-vanadium redox flow battery energy storage and vanadium electrode materials,the improvement of vanadium-based catalysts,and the transformation of titanium alloy processing and surface treatment technology to high-end applications,etc.
