摘要

溶液法锂系聚合物SBC生产中溶剂脱除的三釜凝聚工艺尚未完全国产化,且存在消耗偏高、首釜气相夹带严重、设备运行稳定性差等一系列问题。通过采用模拟计算方法对三釜凝聚系统进行针对性的改进,优化三釜工艺和结构,达到节能降耗、消减气相夹带和设备稳定运行的效果。

Abstract

China's companies have not thoroughly worked out the three-kettle condensing process for solvent removal in the production of lithium-catalyzed SBCs by solution method,and there are a series of problems such as high consumption,serious gas phase entrainment in the first kettle,and poor equipment operation stability.By using the simulation calculation method to renovate the three-kettle condensing system,and optimize the process and kettle structure,the system realizes the achievements such as energy saving,consumption reduction,gas phase entrainment reducing and stable operation.
