摘要
以高炉渣为硅源,利用碱融水热法并在导向剂的作用下合成NaY沸石分子筛。通过XRD、SEM和相对结晶度的计算等考察了NaY沸石合成过程中实验参数对沸石结晶效果的影响。结果表明,导向剂具有显著的诱导效果,晶化时间、晶化温度、晶化液中的硅铝摩尔比和碱度对相对结晶度都有显著影响。高炉渣合成NaY沸石分子筛的最佳条件为:晶化液中物质的摩尔比n(Na2O)∶n(Al2O3)∶n(SiO2)∶n(H2O)=8∶1∶8∶800、晶化温度100℃、晶化时间16 h、导向剂的质量分数10%(导向剂与晶化液的质量比)、导向剂陈化时间6 h。
Abstract
Using blast furnace slag as the silicon source,NaY zeolite molecular sieve is synthesized via alkali melt hydrothermal method under the action of a guiding agent.The influence of experimental parameters on the crystallization effect of NaY zeolite during the synthesis process is investigated by means of XRD,SEM,and calculation of relative crystallinity.The results show that the guiding agent has a significant inducing effect.The crystallization time,crystallization temperature,the molar ratio of silicon to aluminum in the crystallization solution,and alkalinity all have a significant impact on the relative crystallinity.The optimal conditions for synthesizing NaY zeolite molecular sieve from blast furnace slag are as follows:n(Na2O)∶n(Al2O3)∶n(SiO2)∶n(H2O)=8∶1∶8∶800 in the crystallization solution,the crystallization temperature is 100℃,the crystallization time is 16 hours,the mass ratio of the guiding agent to the crystallization solution is 10%,and the aging time of the guiding agent is 6 hours.
