摘要

设计构建了一种简易微孔装置,利用高速摄像仪实时观测微液滴构建过程中的相界面演变行为以阐明其形成机制,并研究了微孔到连续相液面之间的距离(L)以及分散相黏度(μ)对微液滴尺寸的定量影响规律。结果表明,体系总界面能的降低是微液滴形成的关键因素;微液滴尺寸与L呈线性关系,而与μ无关,并由此建立了微液滴尺寸的预测关联模型。此外,通过以聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯水溶液为分散相产生单分散微液滴为模板合成了尺寸均一的功能聚合物微颗粒。

Abstract

A simple microporous device is constructed to observe the evolution of the phase interface during the microdroplet construction process in real time by means of high-speed camera,and elucidate the formation mechanism.Meanwhile,the quantitative effects of the distance from the micropore to the continuous phase liquid surface (L) and the viscosity of the dispersed phase (μ) on the droplet size are investigated.Results show that the reduction in total interfacial energy of the system is the key factor for the formation of microdroplets,and the microdroplet size has linear relation to L but not to μ.As a consequence,a predictive correlation model for microdroplet size is developed.In addition,functional polymer microparticles with uniform size are synthesized by using aqueous polyethylene diacrylate as the dispersed phase to generate monodisperse microdroplets as a template.
