摘要

采用界面聚合法制备出一种以苯甲基硅油为囊芯、以聚氨酯为囊壳材料、粒径分布在0.8~1.5 μm、表面光滑圆润、数均分子量(Mn)为718、重均分子量(Mw)为3 018的可控释放硅油的聚氨酯/硅油(PU-PSO)微胶囊。该微胶囊中N元素均匀分布在囊壳处,Si元素在整个微胶囊中都有分布;通过热重表征显示微胶囊中硅油在连续释放7 d后热解温度为350℃,30 d后硅油会完全释放,热解温度降至290℃;同时该研究制备的PU-PSO微胶囊具有较低的聚合度,可以有效提高其饱和吸油率,后期有望在灌注液体型多孔涂层(SLIPS)中应用。

Abstract

An interfacial polymerization method is employed to prepare a kind of polyurethane/silicone fluid (PU-PSO) microcapsules by using benzyl silicone oil as the core and polyurethane as the shell material.PU-PSO microcapsules,from which silicone fluid can be release controllably,have a particle size distribution of 0.8-1.5 μm,a smooth and round surface,a number-average molecular weight (Mn) of 718 Daltons,and an average molecular weight of 3 018 Daltons.N elements in the microcapsules distribute evenly in the shell,and Si elements distribute in the whole microcapsule.It is shown through thermogravimetric characterization that the pyrolysis temperature of silicone fluid in the microcapsules is 350℃ after it has been released continuously for 7 days.Silicone fluid has been thoroughly released from the microcapsules after 30 days,while the pyrolysis temperature drops to 290℃ after 30 days.PU-PSO microcapsules prepared has a low polymerization degree,which helps to improve their saturation oil absorption rate.PU-PSO microcapsules are expected to be applied as a functional filler for controlled release of silicone oil in slide coatings or other low surface energy coatings.
