摘要

反渗透膜污染不可避免,其中难溶的硫酸钡垢无机污染在煤化工矿井水处理系统中较难去除。氨羧络合剂可有效溶解硫酸钡垢,但溶垢速率较慢;超声清洗可作用到膜污染的空隙,加速污染物的去除。对氨羧络合剂及超声协同去除反渗透膜硫酸钡垢进行了研究,分别考察了药剂和超声条件对硫酸钡垢和膜性能的影响,估算了污染膜表面的硫酸钡垢含量,评估了硫酸钡垢去除后的膜性能。

Abstract

Reverse osmosis membrane fouling is inevitable.Barium sulfate scale fouling in coal mine water treatment system is hard to be removed.Complexone can effectively dissolve barium sulfate scale,however the dissolution rate is slow.Ultrasound cleaning can deeply act on the membrane fouling and accelerate the removal of inorganic scale.Removal of barium sulfate scale from reverse osmosis membrane by complexone assisted with ultrasound is studied.Influences of complexone and ultrasound conditions on barium sulfate scale and membrane performance are investigated.The content of barium sulfate scale on membrane surface is estimated,and the performance of reverse osmosis membrane after fouling removed is also evaluated.
