摘要
采用两步法合成氯铝酸离子液体,并通过加入三氯化铁(FeCl3)对氯铝酸离子液体进行改性,得到改性氯铝酸离子液体催化剂(2% FeCl3/[HMIM]Br-2AlCl3);分别研究了三氯化铝(AlCl3)摩尔分数、FeCl3加入量、催化剂含量、聚合温度、聚合时间对润滑油基础油黏度性能、产率的影响。结果表明,在AlCl3的摩尔分数为0.67、FeCl3加入量为2%、催化剂用量为 3 mmol、温度为90℃、时间为1 h时,可得到重均分子量为500、黏度指数为186的高黏度指数润滑油基础油。
Abstract
Chloroaluminate ionic liquid is synthesized through a two-step method,and modified by adding FeCl3 to obtain a modified chloroaluminate ionic liquid catalyst (2% FeCl3/[HMIM]Br-2AlCl3).Its catalytic performance is studied in 1-octene polymerization.The effects of the molar fraction of AlCl3,the addition amount of FeCl3,catalyst dosage,polymerization temperature and polymerization time on the viscosity and yield of polyalpha-olefin (PAO) lube base oil are investigated.It is indicated that a PAO lube base oil with an average molecular weight of 500 and a viscosity index of 186 can be obtained when the molar fraction of AlCl3 is 0.67,the addition amount of FeCl3 is 2%,the dosage of catalyst is 3 mmol,the temperature is 90℃ and the polymerization lasts for 1 h.
