摘要
以甘氨酸与5-氯水杨醛为原料,构建了一种高效的席夫碱Zn2+荧光探针分子L,结构由1HNMR和13CNMR进行了表征,性能通过光谱实验进行了研究。光谱分析实验结果表明,探针分子L对Zn2+具有出色的选择性和灵敏度,在0~14 μmol/L浓度范围内,体系荧光强度与Zn2+浓度呈线性关系,检出限为13.72 nmol/L,在365 nm紫外灯下裸眼观察到明显的荧光颜色变化,可实现Zn2+可视化检测。通过Job曲线和DFT理论计算对识别机理进行了研究,结果表明,探针分子L与Zn2+以摩尔比2∶1结合。此外,水样检测实验表明探针分子L具有应用于检测实际水样中Zn2+的潜力。
Abstract
A novel efficient Schiff-base fluorescent probe L is synthesized from glycine and 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde, and characterized by means of 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.Its performance is studied by means of spectral experiments.It is verified that the probe L shows excellent selective and sensitive to Zn2+.There is a good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity of probe L and the concentration of Zn2+ in a range of 0 to 14 μmol·L-1.The detection limit is 13.72 nmol·L-1.Visible color change can be observed with the naked eye under the ultraviolet lamp, which can realize the visual detection of Zn2+.The recognition mechanism is explored through Job curve and DFT theoretical calculation, and the results show that the probe molecule L complexes with Zn2+ in a molar ratio of 2:1.Moreover, it is verified through water sample tests that probe L can be used to detect Zn2+ in actual water samples.
