摘要
以最具有代表性的有机胺单乙醇胺(MEA)水溶液为研究对象,研究了抗氧剂(M3+Y) L对MEA溶液氧化降解的抑制作用。主要考察了CO2酸气含量、氧气压力、抗氧剂量、MEA溶液浓度、反应温度等因素对氧化抑制作用的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为120℃、氧气压力为1.0 MPa、搅拌速度为400 r/min时,添加0.2%抗氧剂可使3 mol/L的MEA水溶液的抗氧化降解能力提高近16倍。此外,还对(M3+Y) L氧化抑制作用失效的原因进行分析并提出了相应对策。
Abstract
Taking monoethanolamine (MEA) aqueous solution, the most typical organic amine, as the object, the inhibition effect of (M3+Y)L antioxidant on the oxidative degradation of MEA is studied.The influences of MEA solution, CO2 acid gas content, oxygen pressure, anti-oxygen dosage, and reaction temperature, etc.are investigated.The results indicate that the antioxidant degradation ability of 3 mol·L-1 MEA aqueous solution can be increased by nearly 16 times when the reaction temperature is 120℃, oxygen pressure is 1.0 MPa, and the stirring speed is 400 r·min-1, and 0.2 wt% of antioxidant is added.In addition, the reasons for the invalid of oxidation inhibition of (M3+Y)L are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
