摘要

针对不同结垢倾向的水质会影响电化学水软化性能的问题,从水质稳定性角度出发,提出电解诱导水质硬度变化优化水软化工艺的方法。将硬度变化与RSI指数建立联系,并通过循环水动态模拟实验建立基于不同水质结垢倾向的评价体系。结果表明,该工艺为不同结垢倾向的水质提供了一种除垢方式的性能评估方法,实现了电化学水软化技术的工艺优化。

Abstract

The performance of electrochemical water softening operation will be affected by water quality with different scaling tendency.A method to optimize water softening process by electrolysis-induced water hardness variation is proposed from the perspective of water quality stability.A link between water hardness variation and RSI is established.Then, an evaluation system based on different water quality scaling tendencies is established through the dynamic simulation experiments for circulating water.This method provides a performance evaluation method for descaling water quality with different scaling tendencies, and achieves the process optimization of electrochemical water softening technology.
