摘要
制备了羧甲基壳聚糖-多巴胺水凝胶材料并用作电极修饰材料,成功实现了对Cd2+和Pb2+的同时检测。通过采用扫描电子显微镜、傅利叶红外光谱仪和各种电化学技术对材料的形貌及其电化学性质进行了表征。在最优条件下,构建的电化学传感平台对Cd2+和Pb2+的线性检测方程分别为I=0.40×logC(Cd2+)+2.10,R2=0.994、I=1.35×logC(Pb2+)+2.99,R2=0.993;线性范围分别为0.01~5、0.05~5 μmol/L;检出限分别为6、8 nmol/L。该水凝胶修饰电极具有良好的选择性、重现性和稳定性,在实际样品中的添加回收率为96%~106%,相对标准偏差不大于5%,添加回收实验结果令人满意。
Abstract
Carboxymethyl chitosan-dopamine hydrogel material is prepared, and used as electrode modification material to achieve the simultaneous detection of Cd2+ and Pb2+.The morphology and electrochemical properties of the materials are characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier infrared spectrometer and various electrochemical techniques.Under the optimal conditions, the linear detection equations for Cd2+ and Pb2+ by the constructed electrochemical sensor platform are I=0.40×logC(Cd2+)+2.10, R2=0.994, I=1.35×logC(Pb2+)+2.99, R2=0.993, respectively.The linear ranges are 0.01-5 μmol·L-1 and 0.05-5 μmol·L-1, respectively.The detection limits are 6 nmol·L-1 and 8 nmol·L-1, respectively.In addition, the hydrogel modified electrode has good selectivity, reproducibility and stability.The recovery rate of actual samples is in the range of 96%-106%, and the relative standard deviation is less than 5%.The recovery experiment results are satisfactory.
