摘要
采用一步水热法制备了硫化铋/钨酸铋/碳纳米管(Bi2S3/Bi2WO6/CNTs)三元复合材料,并通过XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS等手段对材料进行了表征。结果表明,当Bi2S3与Bi2WO6摩尔比为1∶1、水热处理时间为12 h时,复合材料表现出良好的光催化活性,即在90 min内对盐酸四环素(TCH)的光催化降解效率为92%。当复合材料循环使用3次后,催化效率仅略有下降,循环稳定性良好。
Abstract
Bi2S3/Bi2WO6/CNTs composites are prepared through one-step hydrothermal method, and well characterized by means of XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, FT-IR, etc.The composites are used to degrade tetracycline hydrochloride (TCH) under visible light.It is found that the composites show good photocatalytic activity when the mole ratio of Bi2S3 to Bi2WO6 is 1:1 and the hydrothermal treatment spends 12 h.Over the composites, the degradation of TCH reaches 92% within 90 minutes.After the composites have been recycled for three times, the catalytic efficiency only slightly decreases, representing a good cycle stability.
