摘要

在煤基甲醇制烯烃装置水系统中加入高温萃取剂、使用分离设备、采用沉降罐与污水池耦合技术改造以及使用沸腾床过滤器等来降低固含量,采用添加阻垢分散剂和柴油助剂、设置悬液除油设施等来降低化学需氧量(COD);探究了上述措施的经济性以及可靠性。研究结果表明,实施上述措施后,急冷水固含量由1 400 mg/L降至1 000 mg/L,急冷水单元设备年检修费用降低23.5%;水洗水固含量降至35 mg/L,净化水固含量降至15 mg/L,水洗水单元和污水汽提单元设备年平均清洗次数降低62.8%,年平均清洗费用降低32.2%。

Abstract

In order to explore the economy of the measures to reduce solid content and chemical oxygen demand (COD) in the water system of coal-based methanol to olefin plant,and verify the reliability of the measurements,high temperature extraction agent is added,the separation equipment is employed,the technology coupling settling tank with sewage tank is used,and the boiling bed filter is applied.In addition,COD is reduced through adding scale inhibitor dispersant and diesel oil additives,and setting suspension oil removal facilities.The reliability and economy of these measurements are explored.Study results show that after these measurements are implemented,the solid content of quench water decreases from 1 400 mg·L-1 to 1 000 mg·L-1,and the annual equipment maintenance cost of quench water unit decreases by 23.5%.The solid content in washing water drops to 35 mg·L-1 and that of purified water to 15 mg·L-1.The annual average equipment cleaning times for washing water unit and sewage stripping unit drops by 62.8%,and the annual average cleaning cost is reduced by 32.2%.
