摘要
以NiCl2·6H2O为镍源、NaBH4为还原剂、Al2O3为载体,采用化学还原法制备Ni-B/Al2O3非晶态催化剂。通过XRD、SEM、XPS和BET对催化剂进行表征。考察了催化剂制备和加氢反应过程中Ni/B摩尔比、干燥温度、催化剂负载量、反应时间和反应温度对催化性能的影响。结果表明,当Ni/B摩尔比为0.16、干燥温度为40℃、催化剂负载质量分数为2.36 g/g、反应时间为1.5 h、反应温度为100℃时,顺酐转化率达到100%,丁二酸酐收率达到99.3%。
Abstract
Ni-B/Al2O3 amorphous catalyst is prepared via chemical reduction method with NiCl2·6H2O as nickel source,NaBH4 as reducing agent and Al2O3 as carrier.The prepared catalysts are characterized by means of XRD,SEM,XPS and BET.The effects of Ni/B molar ratio,drying temperature,catalyst loading amount,reaction time and reaction temperature on catalytic performance during catalyst preparation and hydrogenation are investigated.It is shown that the conversion of maleic anhydride reaches 100%,the yield of succinic anhydride achieves 99.3% when the Ni/B molar ratio is 0.16,the drying temperature is 40℃,the catalyst loading amount is 2.36 g·g-1,the reaction time is 1.5 h,and the reaction temperature is 100℃.
