摘要
以3-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(CPTES)为偶联剂、HY分子筛为载体、[HeMIM]Cl/(ZnBr2)2为催化活性中心,制备出固载离子液体催化剂HY-CPTES-[HeMIM]Cl/(ZnBr2)2;利用FT-IR、XRD、TGA和SEM对其进行表征;将其用于催化CO2与PO的环加成反应。结果表明,在130℃、2.5 MPa、催化剂质量占PO质量的2.0%的条件下,PO的转化率为96.37%,碳酸丙烯酯(PC)选择性和产率分别为97.51%和93.97%;催化剂循环使用5次后仍保持良好的催化性能。
Abstract
HY-CPTES-Cl/(ZnBr2)2,an immobilized ionic liquid catalyst,is prepared by using 3-chloropropyltriethoxysilane (CPTES) as a coupling agent,HY molecular sieve as a carrier,and Cl/(ZnBr2)2 as a catalytically active center.The catalyst is characterized by using FT-IR,XRD,TGA and SEM,and applied in the catalytic cycloaddition reaction of CO2 with PO.The results show that the conversion of PO reaches 96.37%,the selectivity and yield of propylene carbonate are 97.51% and 93.97%,respectively when the temperature is at 130℃,the pressure is 2.5 MPa,and the mass of catalyst is 2.0% that of PO.The catalyst maintains a good catalytic performance after it has been recycled for five times.
