摘要
采用"共沉淀-浸渍"法制备了一系列不同铝质量分数的Pt/SO2-4-(ZrO2-Al2O3)催化剂,并考察了其催化异丁烷正构化反应性能。结果表明,适量铝的加入抑制了热力学上处于亚稳态的四方相ZrO2向单斜相的转变,提高了催化剂表面的固硫能力,促进了催化剂表面超强酸性位的形成。铝掺杂质量分数为3%的催化剂具有最佳的催化异丁烷正构化反应性能,在250℃时异丁烷转化率和正丁烷选择性分别达45.47%和79.67%。
Abstract
A series of Pt/SO2-4-(ZrO2-Al2O3) catalysts with different Al contents are prepared via "co-precipitation and impregnation" method,and the effect of Al content on the properties of these catalysts in catalyzing isobutane isomerization is explored.It is shown that the addition of aluminum with an appropriate amount inhibits the transformation of thermodynamically metastable tetragonal ZrO2 to monoclinic phase,which enhances the sulfur fixation ability of the catalyst surface and facilitates the formation of super acidic sites on the surface of the catalyst.The catalyst with 3% of aluminum dosage shows the highest catalytic performance in isobutane isomerization reaction,over which the conversion of isobutane reaches 45.47% and the selectivity of n-butane is 79.67% at 250℃.
