摘要

从控制冷凝法-实验室分析中的不同检测方法作为切入点,分析不同SO3测试方法的检出限和测定下限,结合烟气治理工艺,从而选择适用于烟气不同治理阶段的SO3检测方法,并将测试方法应用于实际工程测试。结果表明,控制冷凝法-钍试剂滴定法SO3检出限为0.100 mg/m3,控制冷凝法-离子色谱法检出限为0.004 mg/m3;前者便于即时分析,适用于烟气治理工艺中高浓度断面的测试,后者适用于除尘器出口、烟囱等低浓度断面的测试。

Abstract

Starting from different detection methods in controlled condensation method-laboratory analysis, the detection limit and determination lower limit of different SO3 detection methods are analyzed.Combined with flue gas treatment process, and the SO3 detection method suitable for different flue gas treatment stages is selected, and applied in practical engineering.It is shown that the detection limit of SO3 by control condensation method (CCM) combined with thorium reagent titration method is 0.100 mg·m-3, and that by CCM combined with ion chromatography is 0.004 mg·m-3, the former is suitable for the test of high concentration section in flue gas treatment process, the latter is suitable for the determination of low concentration section, such as outlet and chimney of wet electrostatic precipitator.
