摘要
开发了渣油加氢脱金属剂、脱硫剂和脱残碳剂等系列催化剂,在单剂性能理想的前提下,进行了各类型催化剂级配方案的优化探索。结果标明,在新的催化剂级配方案下,原料中的镍和钒重金属总脱除率≥90%、硫的脱除率≥90%、氮的脱除率≥50%、残碳的脱除率≥60%,达到了某炼厂400万t/a渣油固定床加氢装置的生产要求。
Abstract
A series of catalysts for residue hydrogenation are developed, including heavy metal removal catalyst, desulfurization catalyst and residual carbon removal catalyst.On the premise of ideal single-agent evaluation, the optimization and exploration experiments for various grading schemes are carried out.Total removal rates of nickel/vanadium, sulfur, nitrogen, and residual carbon in raw material exceed 90%, 90%, 50% and 60%, respectively, which meet the production requirements of a refinery's 4 million tons/year fixed-bed residue hydrogenation unit.
