摘要

选用催化活性高、选择性好、后处理简单的有机锡作催化剂,以草酸二甲酯和异辛醇为原料合成草酸二异辛酯。考察了反应温度、原料摩尔比、催化剂质量分数和反应时间等因素对酯交换反应的影响。结果表明,最佳酯化反应工艺条件为:n(异辛醇)∶n(草酸二甲酯)=3.8∶1、w(催化剂)为2.0%、反应时间为6.5 h,在该反应条件下草酸二甲酯的转化率达到93.08%,收率为86.79%。催化剂重复使用5次后,草酸二甲酯的转化率仍可达到92.02%,收率为81.84%。

Abstract

Diisooctyl oxalate is made from dimethyl oxalate and isooctanol over organic tin catalyst that has a high catalytic activity, a good selectivity, and is easily to be post-processed.The effects of reaction temperature, the molar ratio between raw materials, catalyst dosage, reaction time and other factors on the ester exchange reaction are determined, and the optimal esterification reaction process conditions are obtained as follows:n(isooctanol):n(dimethyl oxalate) is 3.8:1, the dosage of catalyst is 2.0%, and the reaction time is 6.5 h.Under the optimal conditions, the conversion rate of dimethyl oxalate reaches 93.08%, and the yield of diisooctyl oxalate is 86.79%.The conversion rate of dimethyl oxalate can still reach 92.02% and the yield of diisooctyl oxalate reaches 81.84% after the catalyst has served for 5 times.
