摘要
以甲基丙烯酸异辛酯(EHMA)、聚丙烯酸十八烷基酯(SMA)为功能单体,以乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDGMA)为交联剂、聚乙烯醇(PVA)为分散剂、2,2-偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂、苯乙烯(ST)为刚性单体、丙酮为致孔剂,利用悬浮聚合法制备了一系列吸油树脂;通过引入β-环糊精(β-CD)对其性能进行优化合成了EHMA/SMA/St/β-CD共聚的吸油树脂,考察了相关因素对其吸油率的影响,并对树脂结构进行了表征。吸油性能测试结果表明,其最佳合成条件为:m(SMA)∶m(EHMA)=4∶1、m(ST)=4 g、w(EDGMA)=2%、w(PVA)=2%、w(AIBN)=1%、m(丙酮)=3 g、w(β-CD)=3%。饱和吸附时间在2 h内,柴油、煤油、汽油的饱和吸油率分别为15.542、13.923、12.274 g/g;同时,该吸油树脂可循环使用3次。
Abstract
A series of oil-absorbing resins are prepared via suspension polymerization method,with iso-octyl methacrylate (EHMA) and polystearyl acrylate (SMA) as functional monomers,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDGMA) as cross-linking agent,polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as dispersion agent,2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator,styrene (ST) as rigid monomer,and acetone as pore-forming agent.To optimize the resins' oil-absorbing properties,cyclodextrin (β-CD) is also added to synthesize EHMA/SMA/St/β-CD copolymer.The influences of corresponding factors on the oil absorption performance of the copolymer are evaluated,and the structure is characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),scanning electron microscope (SEM),thermogravimetric (TG) and contact angle test,etc.The optimal synthesis conditions are obtained as follows:m(SMA)∶m(EHMA)=4∶1,m(ST)=4 g,wt(EDGMA)=2%,wt(PVA)=2%,wt(AIBN)=1%,m(acetone)=3 g,and wt(β-CD)=3%.The saturated adsorption time is within 2 hours,and the saturated absorption rates of gasoline,kerosene and diesel oil by the copolymer are 15.542 g/g,13.923 g/g and 12.274 g/g,respectively.In addition,the copolymer can be recycled for 3 times.
