摘要
对国内某焦化厂商用失活V2O5-MoO3/TiO2低温选择性催化还原法(SCR)催化剂进行了失活原因分析,并对其再生处理最佳条件进行了探究。结果表明,硫酸盐与炭黑覆盖堵塞造成了低温催化剂的中毒失活,采用"热再生+酸洗再生"联合工艺再生效果良好,当热再生温度为300℃、稀盐酸浓度为0.8 mol/L时,再生效果最佳,再生催化剂最佳脱硝效率提升至88.8%;表征分析结果表明,再生催化剂氧化性能和表面酸度增强,催化剂吸附能力和活性得到恢复,具有良好的工业应用潜力。
Abstract
The reason for deactivation of V2O5-MoO3/TiO2,a low temperature SCR catalyst used by a coking plant,is found,and the optimal conditions for the regeneration of the deactivated catalyst are explored.The results show that the deactivation is caused by the coverings of sulfate and carbon black.A combined regeneration method of "thermal+pickling regeneration" can lead to a good regeneration effect.The regeneration effect is the best when the thermal regeneration temperature is 300℃,and the concentration of dilute hydrochloric acid is 0.8 mol·L-1.The best denitration efficiency of the regenerated catalyst rises to 88.8%.It is verified by the characterization that the oxidation performance and surface acidity of the regenerated catalyst are enhanced,and the adsorption capacity and activity are restored.The regeneration method has a good industrial application potential.
