摘要

从加氢裂化产品分离的工艺流程角度探讨节能优化方案。充分利用反应产物已初步分离成较轻的冷低分油和较重的热低分油工艺的特点,将轻、重组分分别送至不同的汽提塔,实现装置节能的目标。以典型200万t/a加氢裂化装置为例,通过流程模拟软件计算对比,优化流程可在不增加装置投资、不影响产品质量和收率的前提下,将装置能耗降低1.73 kg/t。

Abstract

The energy saving optimization scheme is studied from the product separation process in a hydrocracking plant.Since the reaction products have been initially separated into lighter components and heavier components,they are both sent to different strippers respectively,achieving the purpose of energy saving.Taking a 2 million t/a hydrocracking plant as an example,its energy consumption can be dropped by 1.73 kg standard oil/t(feed) through the process optimization on the premise of not increasing the equipment investment,and not affecting the product quality and yield.
