摘要
利用浸渍法制备Fe-Ni/SnO2多金属催化剂,并将其用于抗生素的液相催化。结果表明,在反应温度为330℃、反应时间为0.5 h、催化剂添加质量分数为20%、氧化系数为2.5的条件下,诺氟沙星TOC去除率高达78.62%,同时,甲酸质量浓度为64.65 mg/L、乙酸质量浓度为201.65 mg/L、丙酸质量浓度为15.09 mg/L、乳酸质量浓度为35.24 mg/L。回用催化剂催化效率可达到新鲜催化剂的80%,具有较好的稳定性。
Abstract
Antibiotic-containing sludge in the pharmaceutical industry is toxic and harmful,and its biodegradation and re-utilization are difficult.Herein,a method for efficient degradation of pharmaceutical sludge under sub/supercritical system is proposed.Fe-Ni/SnO2 bimetallic catalyst is prepared by means of impregnation method,and used in liquid-phase catalysis of antibiotics.Results show that under the reaction temperature of 330℃,reaction time of 0.5 h,catalyst addition of 20wt% and oxidation coefficient of 2.5,the removal rate of norfloxacin reaches 78.62%,and the concentration of formic acid produced is 64.65 mg·L-1,that of acetic acid is 201.65 mg·L-1,that of propionic acid is 15.09 mg·L-1,and that of lactic acid is 35.24 mg·L-1.The catalytic efficiency of the reused catalyst can reach 80% of that of the fresh catalyst,and it has good stability.
