摘要

某化工企业在聚丙烯后处理工段增设了VOCs脱除装置后,聚丙烯产品VOCs含量仍超过80 μg/g,且消耗大量氮气。通过增设微量烃分离系统降低氮气中烃浓度,聚丙烯产品VOCs含量降低到至37.9 μg/g,且氮气消耗量降低至500 m3/h,产品质量大幅提升,经济效益显著提高。

Abstract

A chemical enterprise finds that VOCs content in polypropylene products still exceeds 80 μg·g-1 and a lot of nitrogen is consumed after it adds a VOCs removal unit in the post-processing section of polypropylene plant.By adding a trace hydrocarbons separation system and optimizing the operation parameters, VOCs content in polypropylene products is reduced to 37.9 μg·g-1 and nitrogen consumption drops to 500 Nm3·h-1.In addition, the quality of polypropylene products is greatly improved and the economic benefit turns better.
