摘要

介绍了丙烷脱氢制丙烯工艺的开发情况,根据反应器类型的不同,丙烷脱氢制丙烯工艺可以分为固定床工艺、移动床工艺和流化床工艺,其中固定床工艺中的Catofin工艺和移动床工艺中的Oleflex工艺得到了广泛应用。随着装置规模化、大型化的不断推进,流化床工艺受到了各大机构的青睐,FBD-3、FCDh、K-PROTM和ADHO等工艺相继涌现,为增产丙烯提供了可靠的支撑。未来可以通过采用绿色环保的非贵金属催化剂和新型反应器,克服现有丙烷脱氢工艺存在的问题,降低丙烯生产成本和碳排放,提高装置运行稳定性。

Abstract

Different propane dehydrogenation (PDH) to propylene processes are introduced.These processes can be classified into fixed bed process,moving bed process and fluidized bed process according to reactor type,in which Catofin fixed bed process and Oleflex moving bed process are commercialized over the world.With the scaling and enlargement of industrial plants,fluidized bed process is accepted by researchers,and a series of processes are developed,including FBD-3,FCDh,K-PROTM and ADHO,which supports the increasing of propylene production.In the future,environmental-friendly non-noble metals catalyst and novel reactors can help to overcome the deficiencies in the existing PDH processes,decrease the cost and carbon emission in propylene production,and improve the operational stability of the plant.
