摘要
在固定床装置中,利用在蜂窝陶瓷上涂敷溶胶-凝胶法制备的双金属掺杂TiO2考察催化剂的光催化性能。考察了双金属(Mn-Ce、Cu-Ce、Fe-Ce)种类、Cu和Ce掺杂摩尔比、反应温度(25~90℃)及H2S质量分数对催化剂光催化脱汞性能的影响。结果表明,Cu-Ce是最佳的掺杂元素,且最佳掺杂摩尔比为n(Cu):n(Ce)=1:2,最佳反应温度为25℃。在该实验条件下催化剂Cu2CeTi-400的最佳脱汞效率为90.4%。H2S质量分数高于0.4‰时对催化剂脱汞产生抑制作用。Cu的掺杂虽然提高了催化剂在H2S气氛下的脱汞性能,但降低了氧化性。
Abstract
Bimetal-doped TiO2 is prepared through coating on honeycomb ceramics by sol-gel method,and its performance is evaluated in a fixed bed device.The effects of bimetallic species (Mn-Ce,Cu-Ce and Fe-Ce),the doping molar ratio of Cu to Ce,reaction temperature (25-90℃) and H2S mass concentration on the performance of the catalyst in mercury removal are studied.The results show that Cu-Ce is the best doping element couple,the optimal doping molar ratio is n(Cu):n(Ce)=1:2,and the optimal reaction temperature is 25℃.Under these experimental conditions,the optimal mercury-removal efficiency of Cu2CeTi-400 is 90.4%.The mercury-removal of the catalyst can be inhibited if the mass concentration of H2S in natural gas is higher than 0.4‰.Cu doping helps the catalyst improve the mercury-removal performance under H2S atmosphere but causes its oxidability to drop.
