摘要

综述了环境水体中抗生素浓度测定的前处理技术与检测方法，其中包含了目前常用的固相萃取法与液质联用检测技术；同时分析了各种方法的优缺点、回收率、富集效果、影响因素以及适用范围；并对未来抗生素检测的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract

This paper reviews the pretreatment techniques and detection methods for the determination of antibiotic concentration in environmental water,including the commonly used solid phase extraction and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry detection techniques.The advantages and disadvantages,recovery,enrichment effect,influencing factors and application scope of various methods are analyzed,and the future development direction of antibiotic detection is prospected.
