摘要
设计制备了一种三苯胺三唑类荧光增强型硫化氢(H2S)探针SZJ,通过紫外和荧光分析法对SZJ的光学性质进行探究,并通过元素分析、HR-MS、1HNMR和用卡13CNMR对其结构进行表征。在SZJ (1×10-5 mol/L)的CH3CN-H2O (体积比6∶4,10 mmol/L HEPES,pH=7.4)溶液体系中,SZJ对H2S展示出优异的选择性、抗干扰性和灵敏度。荧光光谱分析发现,只有在SZJ的溶液体系中加入H2S (1×10-4 mol/L)时才显示出极强的黄绿色荧光,加入其他阴离子并无响应。并且探针SZJ可通过裸眼检测水样中的H2S,具有潜在的应用价值。
Abstract
SZJ,a triphenylamine triazole-type fluorescence-enhanced hydrogen sulfide (H2S) probe,is designed and prepared.The optical properties of SZJ are investigated by means of UV and fluorescence analysis,and its structure is characterized through elemental analysis,HR-MS,1HNMR and 13CNMR.In a CH3CN-H2O (a volumetric ratio of 6:4,10 mmol·L-1 HEPES,pH=7.4) solution system of SZJ (1×10-5 mol·L-1),SZJ shows excellent selectivity,anti-interference and sensitivity to H2S.It is found through fluorescence spectra analysis that SZJ shows extremely strong yellow-green fluorescence only when H2S (1×10-4 mol·L-1) is added into the solution system of SZJ,while it does not show response when other anions are added.Furthermore,SZJ probe can detect H2S in water samples with naked eyes,exhibiting a potential application value.
