摘要

在超重力共沉淀中试装置上进行了铜基气相醛加氢催化剂制备放大试验。研究发现,在超重力机转速1 200 r/min、中和温度80℃、pH 7.5、老化温度80℃、老化时间30 min及焙烧温度380℃条件下,制得催化剂的比表面积高、CuO晶粒度低,活性组分分散度较好。以某石化公司丁辛醇装置丁醛和辛烯醛为原料,通过催化剂加氢评价考察催化剂活性结果显示,中试放大催化剂原料转化率及产品选择性均高于99%,且在空速高出约14%情况下,产品性质与参比剂相当,且产品杂质含量略低,表明放大剂活性略好于参比剂。

Abstract

The preparation and amplification of copper-based catalyst for gaseous aldehyde hydrogenation are completed on a pilot high gravity coprecipitation plant.It is found that the catalyst with high specific surface area,low CuO grain size and good dispersity of active component can be prepared under the conditions that the rotation speed of hypergravity machine is 1 200 r·min-1,neutralization temperature is 80℃,neutralization pH value is 7.5,the aging temperature is 80℃,the aging time is 30 min,and the roasting temperature is 380℃.Butyraldehyde and octenoaldehyde from butanol/octanol unit in a petrochemical company are taken as raw materials to evaluate the activity of the prepared catalyst.Evaluation results show that both the conversion rate of materials and the selectivity of products over the pilot enlarge catalyst exceed 99%.When the velocity is increased by about 14%,the properties of the product over the enlarged catalyst are similar to those over reference catalyst and the impurity content of the product is slightly lower,showing that the activity of the enlarged catalyst is slightly better than that of reference one.
