摘要
针对气田开发中后期面临出水和腐蚀两大问题,气田现用泡排剂和缓蚀剂配伍性较差,排水采气和缓蚀效果均受到影响。以十二烷基二甲基羟丙基磷酸酯甜菜碱作起泡组分主剂,有机膦类缓蚀剂和气田现场缓蚀剂作缓蚀组分,制备出一种甜菜碱类复合缓蚀泡排剂配方体系。结果表明,当甜菜碱类复合缓蚀泡排剂质量分数为0.31%时,200 mL溶液初始起泡体积为710 mL,析液半衰期为420 s,泡沫半衰期6 h以上,腐蚀速率为0.065 9 mm/a,可满足现场对缓蚀泡排剂起泡性能和腐蚀速率的要求。
Abstract
A gas field in its middle and late development stages often faces with two major problems such as water production and corrosion.The compatibility between foam draining agent and corrosion inhibitor currently used in gas field is often poor,which affects both drainage gas production and corrosion inhibition effect.Using dodecyl dimethyl hydroxypropyl phosphate betaine as the main component of foaming agent,organic phosphine corrosion inhibitor and gas field existing corrosion inhibitor as the corrosion inhibition components,a kind of betaine-based corrosion inhibition-foaming drainage compound agent is prepared.It is discovered that the initial foaming volume of 200 mL solution is 710 mL,the half-life of drainage is 420 s,the half-life of the foam exceeds 6 h,and the corrosion rate of the system is 0.065 9 mm per year when the mass concentration of the compound agent is 0.31%.The betaine-based corrosion inhibition-foaming drainage compound agent can meet the requirements in foaming performance and corrosion rate in gas field.
