摘要
选取工业循环水中3种典型的细菌作为研究对象,系统研究了电解在高效除垢的同时所附带的杀菌效果及对微生物腐蚀的影响。结果表明,电解可有效抑制微生物腐蚀进程。经电解后,异养菌、硫酸盐还原菌和铁细菌的数量分别由5.4×105 CFU/mL、170个/mL和400个/mL降至4.3×104 CFU/mL、50个/mL和95个/mL。腐蚀挂片实验中,3种细菌的增殖速度大幅减慢,挂片上的生物黏泥湿重量由0.117 g/cm2降至0.038 g/cm2,黏泥中胞外聚合物湿重量由1 245.52 μg/cm2降至457.84 μg/cm2,碳钢挂片的腐蚀速率由0.613 mm/a降至0.325 mm/a。
Abstract
Three kinds of typical bacteria are selected from industrial circulating water as objects to systematically study the collateral sterilization effect of electrolysis and its influence on microbial corrosion under high-efficient descaling condition.The results manifest that electrolysis can effectively inhibit the process of microbial corrosion.The numbers of heterotrophic bacteria,sulfates-reducing bacteria and iron bacteria decrease from 5.4×105 CFU·mL-1,170 cells·mL-1 and 400 cells·mL-1 to 4.3×104 CFU·mL-1,50 cells·mL-1 and 95 cells·mL-1,respectively after electrolysis.The proliferation rates of three kinds of bacteria slow dramatically in the corrosion coupon experiment.The wet weight of biological clay on the coupons decreases from 0.117 g·cm-2 to 0.038 g·cm-2 and the wet weight of extracellular polymers in clay decreases from 1 245.52 μg·cm-2 to 457.84 μg·cm-2.The corrosion rate of carbon steel coupons decreases from 0.613 mm per year to 0.325 mm per year.
