摘要
对水中总氮测定的前处理消解方法进行了改进,用烘箱法消解代替高温蒸汽消解;对两种前处理方法分析结果的线性关系、准确度、精密度、加标回收率、检出限等进行了验证和对比。结果表明,烘箱法前处理的分析结果满足测试要求。
Abstract
The pretreatment digestion method for the determination of total nitrogen in water is renovated,and the oven digestion method is instead of the high temperature steam digestion method.The linear relationship,accuracy,precision,spike recovery rate,detection limit,etc.of the analysis results by two pretreatment methods are verified and compared.The results show that the oven digestion method can meet the requirements in quality.
