摘要
混合模式色谱在分离分析过程中具有比单一模式色谱更复杂的保留机理和更高的分离选择性,且便于多维液相色谱的构建。根据色谱固定相的不同化学特性,主流的混合模式色谱以反相/亲水作用色谱、亲水/离子交换作用色谱、反相/离子交换作用色谱3种混合模式为主。重点介绍了近年来混合模式色谱固定相的研究及应用进展,并对混合模式色谱及固定相的发展前景进行了展望。
Abstract
With the development of science and technology,single-mode chromatography technology is limited by itself,which cannot meet the needs of researchers for the separation of complex samples.Instead,mixed-mode chromatography technology has attracted more attention.Compared with single mode chromatography,mixed mode chromatography has more complex retention mechanism and higher separation selectivity,and is convenient for the construction of multidimensional liquid chromatography.According to different chemical characteristics of chromatographic stationary phases,mainstream mixed mode chromatography includes mainly reversed-phase/hydrophilic interaction chromatography,hydrophilic/ion exchange chromatography and reversed-phase/ion exchange chromatography.The research and application progress on stationary phase for mixed mode chromatography in recent years is introduced,and the development prospect of mixed mode chromatography and stationary phase is also given.
